Welcome to My Personal Page
This will be my 10 year anniversary walking in the 24th Annual Hospice Walk, and as many of you know I have been walking in loving memory of Robert Praczkajlo, my father, who passed away from bladder cancer on June 21, 2012, William McGraw, my brother-in-law, who passed on June 15, 2012 and Diane Pierce, my aunt, who passed on March 13,2014. I am passionately driven to walk in their memory so that I can honor their courageous fight. I am incredibly proud to have been once again the 2nd highest individual fundraiser last year, raising $6,774--an amount I hope to either match or beat this year!!
Hospice Buffalo holds a special place in my heart, they do the work of angels. I have personally seen the care and peace they bring to patients and their families. In 2012 they provided their expert medical care keeping my dad comfortable and enjoying the time he had left with his loved ones when he was terminally ill. It was all about love—not fear—everyone deserves to be loved and Hospice provided that. I admire Hospice workers and volunteers for their ability to sit with families during the most difficult of times—it takes a special kind of person and I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for my family. Raising money for Hospice Buffalo is my way of paying it forward to not only help the organization, but our community. It warms my heart to have the chance to give back to the community and be able to make a difference in the lives of others. We’re blessed to have such an incredible resource in our community.
Please consider walking with me at Canalside Buffalo, on Sunday, May 17th, 2020 as we walk to keep Hospice care going in Erie County! If you are not able to walk, I hope you'll support my fundraising efforts by making a donation to my Walk page. I welcome any and all donations that you may be able to make as no donation is too small.
Thank you, in advance, for supporting me in the 24th Annual Hospice Memorial Walk in support of Hospice Buffalo, I am truly blessed to have your support.
Much love and gratitude,
